Job summary

Turnkey Consulting Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced HR professional to own the people agenda for our Global Capability Center in Kuala Lumpur. You will manage the full employee lifecycle, partnering with leadership to drive HR strategy and policy across a growing multi-location environment.

You will blend strategic HR leadership with hands-on delivery, shaping practices and programmes to enhance the employee experience and business outcomes in a dynamic consultancy setting.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of progressive HR experience, including 3–4 years as HR Manager or HR Business Partner.
• Solid knowledge of employment legislation, employee relations and HR governance.
• Experience across recruitment, performance management, talent development, engagement and workforce planning.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR advisor to leadership, managers and employees across all people-related matters.
• Partner with practice leaders on workforce planning, organisational design, talent management, engagement and retention strategies.
• Lead performance management and talent development programmes, including goal setting and reviews.
• Manage employee relations matters, ensuring fair and consistent outcomes.
• Oversee recruitment and candidate experience, including pipeline management.
• Provide market intelligence on compensation, benefits, and labour market trends.
• Oversee the employee lifecycle, onboarding, payroll coordination and offboarding.
• Continuously improve HR policies, processes, systems and programmes.
• Ensure compliance with employment law and HR governance standards.
• Analyse workforce metrics to identify trends and opportunities for leadership.
