A leading HR management firm in Malaysia is seeking an HR professional to manage various HR functions, including payroll, recruitment, and compliance. The ideal candidate has strong experience in employee relations and must be able to liaise with local government bodies. Proficiency in Mandarin is advantageous as the role involves coordination with the team in China. This position requires someone committed to staff engagement and welfare programs.
1) Handle full spectrum of HR management (Payroll, recruitment, HRDF, etc.)
3) Manage employee and industrial relation (ER/IR)
4) Ensure compliance with local employment laws, and assist in external audit (BSCI, GSV, ISO9001)
5) Liaise closely with Government bodies (LHDN, Customs, JKKP, JTK, etc.)
6) Training Needs Analysis / Training Needs Identification (TNA/TNI)
7) Support staff welfare and engagement programs.
8) Mandarin-speaking is an advantage for coordinating with the China HQ team.
9) Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
