Job summary

Lam Research is seeking an HR Business Partner to enable leaders in manufacturing and operations with data-driven HR insights and capability-building programs. You will support site expansion, workforce planning and organizational change while upholding Lam’s culture and values.

The role emphasizes coaching, facilitating, presenting and communicating to leaders and employees, acting as a trusted advisor on people matters and driving process improvements in a global matrix environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of HRBP experience, ideally in semiconductor, electronics or high-tech manufacturing.
• Strong relationship-building and ability to influence leaders at all levels.
• Experience in talent management, organisational development, coaching and employee relations.
• High learning agility and resilience in a fast-paced, matrixed global environment.
• Strong understanding of Malaysian employment laws and HR best practices.

Responsibilities

• Strategic People Partnership: partner with leaders to build and execute HR strategies aligned with business priorities.
• Talent Development & Capability Building: lead talent management and leadership development.
• Culture, Engagement & Employee Experience: drive listening strategies and retention action plans.
