Job summary

Lam Research International Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Manufacturing Training Manager to lead the development and delivery of technical training across manufacturing operations. You will manage a team focused on onboarding, upskilling, and certification programs to raise workforce capability.

The role requires strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and a passion for learning. You will work in a hybrid model with collaboration across global teams and sites.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years in technical training within manufacturing.
• Experience with learning management systems and certification programs.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Directs employee training in operation of company products; plans courses and maintains documentation.
• Ensures training programs meet objectives and communicates with stakeholders for effectiveness.
• Lead development, implementation, and continuous improvement of technical training and certification programs.
• Partner with Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, and Operations to identify needs and close skill gaps.
• Act as strategic partner with manufacturing leadership to align learning solutions with priorities.
• Manage training systems, records, LMS, and training metrics for audit readiness.
• Deploy globally aligned training standards, processes, KPIs, and records management.
