Job summary

One Medicare Sdn Bhd, a Sarawak-based hospital support services organisation, seeks an experienced Facility Manager to lead hospital support services at Pusat Jantung Sarawak. Reporting to the General Manager, you will drive service delivery, manage manpower and resources, and ensure governance and safety compliance across activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Civil/Electrical), Facility Management, Building Services, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in healthcare / facility management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role managing healthcare or facility operations.
• Professional Facility Manager credential (e.g., CHFM) or PMP will be an advantage.
• Registered with the Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM) or professional body preferred.
• Proven track records in managing multidisciplinary teams, contractors, vendors and service providers.

Responsibilities

• Lead hospital support services and facility operations, translating strategic plans into daily performance.
• Inspire and manage a multidisciplinary operational team.
• Oversee preventive, predictive and planned maintenance programs for uptime of healthcare systems.
• Manage asset life-cycle strategies and resource allocation.
• Track performance, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
