Job summary

INITIA GROUP, INC. is hiring a Senior Head Spa Therapist to lead the head spa therapy team in Mont Kiara, Kuala Lumpur. You will deliver high-quality scalp treatments and oversee spa operations while driving client satisfaction.

Role requires at least 5 years in spa therapy, excellent interpersonal and sales-focused mindset, and the ability to work shifting schedules including weekends and public holidays. Attractive benefits and growth opportunities offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Spa Therapist or related field.
• Good interpersonal, communication and customer service skills.
• Positive attitude and cheerful.
• Service oriented and well-groomed.
• Focused, responsive and alert.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work on shifting schedules, weekend and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide scalp treatments, perform professional hair scalp analysis for customers, including shampoo, blow-dry, basic head massage, and related services.
• Provide the right solution to the customer by consulting, listening and applying technical know-how.
• Understand the fundamentals of sales and hair care and constantly strive to improve skills by learning and researching in the field.
• Maintains spa and treatment room, cleanliness and safety standards according to standard operating procedures.
• Monitor stock levels of in-house products and ensures that stock levels are maintained at all times.
• Provide excellent service and create exceptional experiences for customers.
