Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Product / FA Engineer to architect the manufacturing workflow for HDD Electronics, designing, implementing, and controlling systems for assembling, testing, and integrating electronics into HDD products.

The role supports new product introduction for PCBA during development and transition to LVM/HVM for mass production, up to EOL, while delivering engineering documents, BOM changes, and cross-functional problem solving to reduce costs and improve yield.

Qualifications

Master's Degree in Engineering or related fields.
1-2 years experience in HDD or relevant industry; fresh graduates encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

Release & prepare engineering documents including component build matrix to support development PCBA build at EMS as well as for factory system.
Performing component changes and BOM updates in PCBA BOM via RCO or NRCO upon approved by ECB members.
Providing non-moving disposition and prepare conversion list to support rework PCBA activity.
Monitoring production with metrics and data analytics to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams in troubleshooting problems and implementing corrective actions.
