Qualifications

• 5–8 years of full-set accounting experience with multi-entity exposure.
• Experience in intercompany balancing, consolidation, and group accounts.
• Knowledge of Malaysian tax frameworks and filing requirements.
• Exposure to design/construction or property management accounting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead intercompany governance and cost allocation across entities per guidelines.
• Oversee group consolidation, closing cycles, and asset valuation.
• Supervise treasury, cash flow, and working capital controls.
• Implement WIP and progress billing mechanisms for projects.
• Act as liaison with auditors, tax agents, and bank representatives.
