Job summary

PwC is seeking a Senior Associate to support Assurance engagements with expertise in process analysis, risk, and compliance. You will work with engagement teams to evaluate client processes and help implement GRC solutions, while developing proposals and coordinating marketing activities.

This role emphasizes technical documentation, training, and stakeholder collaboration. Applicants should have 2–5 years of relevant experience, accounting or BIS degrees, and professional certifications.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, BIS or related field.
• ACCA/ ACA / CPA Australia and/or CISA will be an added advantage.
• 2-5 years of working experience in relevant areas.
• Strong understanding of governance, risk, and compliance domains and industry standards (COSO, ISO31000).
• Proficient in creating detailed documentation (user requirements, functional specs, manuals).
• Ability to manage and engage stakeholders effectively.

Responsibilities

• Conduct workshops, interviews, and discussions to understand client processes in Risk Management, Business Continuity, and IT Security.
• Review and summarize existing client frameworks and processes.
• Develop functional/user requirement documents and end-user manuals; coordinate UAT and change plans.
• Configure GRC systems (e.g., Archer, ServiceNow) including data fields, workflows, and access control.
• Perform unit testing and deploy systems to test/production environments; data migration and post-go-live support.
• Support integration of GRC solutions with data sources, ensuring data security and SIT/post-integration validation.
• Assist in proposals, slides, and information for client submissions; organize marketing events and partner relations.
• Prepare and maintain project management plans; monitor costs and ensure timely delivery; manage client expectations.
