Job summary

PwC Malaysia is seeking a Senior Associate in Assurance focusing on audit risk and quality. You will drive independent assessments of financial statements, internal controls, and governance processes to enhance credibility with stakeholders.

You will lead workshops, perform requirement gathering, and support system implementations of GRC solutions, while contributing to client engagement risk mitigation and business development.

• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide business analyst support across audit risk and quality initiatives within PwC Malaysia.
• Conduct workshops, process walkthroughs, interviews to map client processes and methodologies.
• Review and summarise existing governance, risk and compliance frameworks and documents.
• Develop deliverables such as user requirements and end-user manuals.
• Assist in training end-users post-implementation and coordinate UAT with clients.
• Prepare change management plans and configure GRC solutions (Archer, ServiceNow, Workiva).
• Support data migration, system deployment, and post-Go Live activities.
• Contribute to business development and client proposals.
