Job summary

RADIANT CODE SDN. BHD. seeks a Senior Graphic Designer to lead visual communications for an organic and sustainability-focused brand.

You will translate values such as natural living, quality, wellness, transparency and environmental responsibility into designs across digital, print, packaging, retail and marketing channels. The successful candidate will guide projects from concept to delivery, manage multiple priorities, and mentor junior designers, ensuring brand consistency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related discipline.
• At least 5 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in organic/retail sectors.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud tools and packaging design.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts and visual campaigns supporting brand and marketing objectives.
• Design packaging, labels, brochures, ads, social media content, website graphics, emails, and retail materials.
• Maintain a consistent brand identity across all customer touchpoints and channels.
• Lead design projects from brief to production and delivery.
• Art-direct product photography, lifestyle shoots, illustrations, and campaign assets.
• Collaborate with marketing, product development, sales, ecommerce and external suppliers.
• Ensure packaging communicates organic certifications, ingredients and sustainability info clearly.
• Review work of junior designers and provide mentorship.
• Coordinate with printers and vendors for production-ready files.
• Monitor trends to keep brand relevant and compliant with guidelines and regulations.

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to lead the development of compelling visual communications for our organic and sustainability-focused brand.

The successful candidate will translate our values—natural living, quality, wellness, transparency, and environmental responsibility—into distinctive designs across digital, print, packaging, retail, and marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities

Develop creative concepts and visual campaigns that support the company’s brand and marketing objectives.

Design packaging, labels, brochures, advertisements, social media content, website graphics, email campaigns, and retail materials.

Maintain and strengthen a consistent brand identity across all customer touchpoints.

Lead design projects from initial brief and concept development through production and final delivery.

Art-direct product photography, lifestyle shoots, illustrations, and campaign assets.

Collaborate with marketing, product development, sales, e-commerce, and external suppliers.

Create packaging designs that communicate organic certifications, ingredients, sustainability benefits, and product information clearly.

Review the work of junior designers and provide constructive guidance and mentorship.

Manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines while maintaining high creative standards.

Prepare accurate, production-ready files and coordinate with printers, packaging manufacturers, and other vendors.

Monitor design, organic-lifestyle, retail, and sustainability trends to keep the brand relevant.

Ensure all designs comply with brand guidelines, packaging regulations, and certification requirements.

Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related discipline.

At least 5 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in:

Organic products

Food and beverage

Beauty

Retail

Branding

Packaging

Integrated campaigns

Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly:

Illustrator

Photoshop

InDesign

Experience in video editing, basic 3D packaging mock-ups, and basic 3D floor-plan design for trade exhibitions is an advantage.
