Job summary

Kimberly-Clark is seeking a Procurement Analyst II within Global Business Services in Malaysia. You will assist in leading the Procurement Operation Team, audit processes for accuracy, and drive improvements to SOPs and vendor management.

The role emphasizes data integrity, cross-functional collaboration, and delivering timely procurement insights. You will work in a dynamic environment with strong emphasis on process optimization, reporting, and stakeholder coordination, including requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Finance, Engineering or related fields.
• Minimum 7 years of commercial, purchasing and reporting experience.
• Proficiency in Procure-To-Pay processes is preferred.
• Strong analytical and data maintenance abilities with attention to detail.
• MS Excel and PowerPoint skills required; SAP & Coupa experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach Procurement Operation Team with Team Leader oversight.
• Audit procurement processes to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
• Review and propose Procurement SOPs aligned with regional/global policies.
• Recommend improvements to standardize and streamline Procure-To-Pay, contract, and vendor management.
