Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years’ HR experience, with 5+ years direct employee relations experience.
• Deep expertise in employment and labor regulations.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with patience and tact.
• English language proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage employee relations issues and investigations.
• Advise and counsel managers on key employment policies.
• Investigate employee relations concerns including complaints.
• Provide training on core ER topics.
