Euro Staffs in Shah Alam is seeking a Senior Geotechnical Engineer to lead site investigations, analysis, and design for diverse civil projects. The role is on-site with opportunities for project leadership and professional growth.

You will oversee geotechnical data interpretation, reporting, and design checks, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver safe, cost-efficient solutions in line with codes and standards.

Qualifications

• Senior geotechnical engineering experience with design and project supervision.
• Experience in site investigations, soil/rock analysis, and foundation design.
• Experience leading design, analysis, and reporting with adherence to codes and standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee site investigation works and assess ground conditions.
• Interpret geotechnical data to assess bearing capacity, settlement, and stability.
• Lead geotechnical design for foundations, slopes, and ground improvement.
• Provide construction stage support and technical advisory.
• Mentor junior engineers and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.
