Job summary

Randstad Malaysia is partnering with a growing financial services organisation to recruit a senior Generative AI Architect. You will design and deploy enterprise-grade GenAI solutions within Azure, develop robust RAG pipelines, and lead cross-functional teams across data engineering, DevOps, and product groups.

Required is 6+ years in software engineering, cloud architecture or ML, deep Azure expertise, LangChain, PyTorch/TF, and strong Python skills.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional experience in Software Engineering, Cloud Architecture, Data Science, or Machine Learning.
• Deep hands-on expertise with Microsoft Azure cloud infrastructure and scalable AI architectures.
• Proven experience with Azure AI Foundry for building and managing AI models and copilots.
• Extensive practical experience with LangChain for LLM orchestration and workflow design.
• Proficiency in PyTorch or TensorFlow and Python.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems, APIs, microservices, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Architecture: Design, build, and deploy enterprise-grade Generative AI solutions.
• Azure Integration: Architect cloud-native AI solutions utilizing Microsoft Azure and Azure AI Foundry.
• Orchestration & Pipelines: Develop robust RAG pipelines and multi-agent workflows using LangChain.
• Custom Model Development: Build, train, and fine-tune models with PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Security & Governance: Ensure data privacy and regulatory compliance for AI apps.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with data engineers, DevOps, and product teams to integrate GenAI into software ecosystems.
