Job summary

Citi in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a senior Fund Accounting Group Manager to drive NAV valuations and oversee a team within the Operations - Transaction Services group.

You will manage production activities, oversee risk controls, and align with business units to deliver accurate financial reporting and client service. A Chartered Accountant / CFA / MBA and 10+ years in financial markets and fund accounting are desirable, with ETF experience a plus.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience in fund accounting or related field.
• Professional qualifications such as CA/ CFA/ MBA preferred.
• Experience with ETF operations and AI-driven transformation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead fund accounting operations and oversee production activities.
• Coordinate with Transaction Services to deliver NAV valuations.
• Assess new business opportunities and viability.
• Develop and implement PDPs for staff career progression.
• Monitor P&L, budgeting, and cost controls.
• Ensure risk controls and compliance with laws and regulations.
