Job summary

LAVU TECH SOLUTIONS SDN. BHD. seeks a Senior Full Stack Developer (NodeJS/ReactJS) to lead the Back-End Development team alongside Front-End, Design and Product teams.

The role focuses on delivering consistent components and branding across all products, while optimizing pages for maximum efficiency. The position requires 5 to 8+ years in backend development with ExpressJS, Kubernetes, DynamoDB and AWS services, plus strong Git, CI/CD, and Scrum experience.

Qualifications

• 5 to 8+ years experience in back-end development, experience with front-end development will be a plus.
• Experience with backend technologies like ExpressJS, Kubernetes, API Gateway, DynamoDB and other AWS services.
• Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills.
• Good understanding of UI/UX design principles.
• Strong knowledge of data structures and algorithms; testable code with proper planning and documentation.
• Fluent in Git and seamless CI/CD end-to-end for one-click delivery.
• Exposure to Agile methodologies, especially Scrum.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Back-End Development team alongside Front-End, Design and Product teams.
• Align and communicate across Back-end/ Front-end/ Design to ensure sprint success.
• Develop, design and solution the product features.
• Plan for all front-end related projects.
• Design, implement and maintain back-end systems.
• Ensure code quality, security and industry standards.
• Optimize back-end for speed and scalability across screens.
• R&D and introduce new features to enhance user experiences.
• Ensure code reusability and perform regular code reviews.
• Motivate and mentor team members.
