Job summary

LAVU TECH SOLUTIONS SDN. BHD. is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer (NodeJS/ReactJS) to lead our Back-End team and collaborate with Front-End, Design and Product teams in a fast-growing software environment.

You will design, implement and optimize scalable back-end systems using AWS services, ExpressJS, Kubernetes and DynamoDB, while applying SCRUM and mentoring junior engineers to deliver quality, testable code.

Qualifications

• 5 to 8+ years in back-end development with front-end exposure considered a plus.
• Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles.
• Proficient with Git and code review practices.
• Experience with SaaS and cloud architectures is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Back-End Development team alongside Front-End, Design and Product teams.
• Plan all front-end related projects and ensure timely delivery.
• Design, implement and maintain back-end systems.
• Ensure code quality, security, and alignment with industry standards.
• Optimize back-end for speed and scalability across devices.
• Mentor and motivate team members; conduct SCRUM ceremonies.
