• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or demonstrated equivalent professional experience.
• Five or more years of production software development using NodeJS and ReactJS.
• Proven track record delivering one or more complete enterprise applications from conception to deployment.
• Experience operating within Agile frameworks with geographically dispersed teams.
• Working knowledge of ORM frameworks, Web APIs, and REST architecture.
• Hands-on experience with relational database systems (PostgreSQL preferred).
• Competency with state management libraries (Redux, Context API).
• Proficiency with version control systems (Git, GitHub, GitLab).
• Familiarity with automated deployment and integration tools (Azure DevOps, GitLab CI, or equivalent).
• Proven ability to decompose complex problems and synthesize solutions.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication abilities.
• Capability to work effectively within cross-functional groups (UX/design, testing, infrastructure).
