Job summary

Liquid Group, a FinTech payments services group, seeks a Senior Full Stack Engineer with 5+ years of experience to design secure, scalable apps using Java, Spring Boot, and .NET. The role spans front-end and back-end work, REST APIs, microservices, and CI/CD across cloud platforms.

Experience in banking or financial services is a strong advantage. You will mentor engineers and help shape technical roadmaps while collaborating with Product, Design and QA teams.

Qualifications

5+ years professional software engineering experience.
Expert-level Java (11+) and Spring Boot experience.
Hands-on .NET, C#, ASP.NET Core and Web API experience.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain end-to-end solutions with frontend and backend tech.
Lead technical design, write docs, drive delivery.
Develop and evolve REST APIs, microservices, and event integrations.
Modernise existing Java/.NET apps with refactoring and tuning.
Improve performance, reliability, security of production systems.
Review code, mentor juniors, establish CI/CD standards.
Participate in on-call support and post-incident reviews.
Collaborate with Product/Design/QA to break down requirements.
Contribute to hiring, estimation, and roadmap planning.
