Job summary

Kenanga Group in Kuala Lumpur seeks a Senior Full Stack Engineer to drive software delivery across the full development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment, within a DevOps culture.

Responsibilities include building low-latency, scalable applications using Java/JEE and Spring Boot, frontend with native JS, and contributing to CI/CD, testing, and operational excellence in Azure-based environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• At least 4 years’ backend Java experience.
• Proficiency in Java/JEE and Spring Boot.
• Experience with automation and performance tools (Selenium, JMeter).
• Experience in Azure and MS SQL; knowledge of Kafka/ELK is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal, conflict resolution and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Implementation of low-latency, high availability and performant applications.
• Build front end applications using Native JS.
• Contribute to CI/CD, including automation testing.
• Work on Web development or backend API with Webservices.
• Learn new technologies and document improvements.
• Support deployment and operations in Azure environment.
