Ikigaienablers is seeking a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer in Sepang, Selangor, Malaysia. You will design, develop, and deliver secure, scalable enterprise applications while mentoring developers and promoting engineering best practices.

You’ll work on RESTful APIs, microservices, and modern cloud tech with GCP. Strong frontend with React and Node.js is essential, along with collaboration across Product, QA, and DevOps teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/SE or related field.
• Proven experience as a Senior Full Stack Developer/Engineer.
• Strong frontend with React.js, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3.
• Strong backend with Node.js; .NET (C#) is a plus.
• Experience building RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Solid SQL Server & PostgreSQL skills.
• GCP experience and CI/CD tooling.

Senior Full Stack Software Engineer (Node.js & React) Location: Sepang, Selangor, Malaysia

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to join our growing engineering team in Sepang, Selangor. In this role, you will design, develop, and deliver secure, scalable, and high-performance enterprise applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams. You will also mentor developers, champion engineering best practices, and contribute to building innovative software solutions for a large-scale business environment. Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack web applications.
• Mentor software engineers and provide technical leadership on complex initiatives.
• Identify, prioritize, and execute tasks throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Develop clean, maintainable, and efficient code following coding standards and best practices.
• Drive Test-Driven Development (TDD) and promote quality engineering practices.
• Collaborate with QA teams to implement automated testing strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience as a Senior Full Stack Developer/Engineer.
• Strong frontend development experience using: React.js (Mandatory) JavaScript HTML5 CSS3 Responsive UI development
• Strong backend development experience using: Node.js (Mandatory) .NET (C#) is an added advantage
• Experience developing RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Strong knowledge of SQL Server and PostgreSQL.
• Experience designing scalable database schemas.
• Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Experience with Git, GitHub/GitLab, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with performance testing and load testing.
• Good understanding of API security, RESTful services, and WebSockets.
• Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience integrating enterprise applications and third-party APIs.
• Knowledge of Kong API Gateway.
• Experience with automated testing frameworks.
• Exposure to Airline or Airport operational systems is an advantage.
• Experience with Navitaire solutions (New Skies/Open Skies) is highly preferred.
