Job summary

Pave Bank is looking for a Frontend Engineer to help build intuitive, high-performance products used by businesses to manage their financial operations. You will own parts of the frontend stack, shape architecture, and deliver reusable components across the application.

We’re looking for a Frontend Engineer to join our engineering team and help build intuitive, high-performance products used by businesses to manage their financial operations.

The Role

As a Frontend Engineer, you’ll work closely with product managers, designers, backend engineers, and other stakeholders to turn complex financial workflows into simple, intuitive experiences. You’ll have ownership across the frontend stack—from shaping technical architecture and building reusable components to improving performance, accessibility, testing, and developer experience.

What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain scalable web applications using TypeScript, React, and Next.js

• Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering standards and best practices
• Help establish and evolve frontend tooling, testing, and development workflows
• Take ownership of projects from technical design through implementation and delivery
