Job summary

DKSH in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an experienced Front-end Engineer to build scalable interfaces with ReactJS and TypeScript. You will collaborate with Node.js teams, create reusable components and design systems using Storybook, and optimize performance across apps.

You will work with REST/GraphQL APIs, ElasticSearch, and real-time updates, while safely integrating Azure OpenAI features. You will operate in a containerized environment with Docker and AKS, align with CI/CD practices, and uphold

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in ReactJS and TypeScript for scalable front-end apps
• Familiarity with Node.js back-end integration and full-stack collaboration
• Understanding of ElasticSearch and search-driven UX
• Exposure to AI/ML concepts and Azure OpenAI APIs
• Experience with REST/GraphQL APIs, real-time data, and resilient UI state
• Knowledge of Core Web Vitals, accessibility, and responsive design
• Experience with Docker/AKS and CI/CD via open-source DevOps tools & GitHub Enterprise
• Strong testing methodologies and documentation practices

Responsibilities

• Build performant, accessible interfaces using ReactJS and TypeScript
• Collaborate with backend developers to deliver end-to-end solutions
• Develop and maintain reusable UI components and design systems (Storybook)
• Optimize for Core Web Vitals and user-perceived performance
• Integrate with REST/GraphQL APIs and ElasticSearch; handle real-time updates
• Contribute to AI-powered experiences with Azure OpenAI services
• Work in containerized environments (Docker, AKS) and CI/CD pipelines
• Ensure quality through unit, component, and E2E testing; maintain docs
