Job summary

Systems Limited - APAC is seeking an experienced Frontend Developer to build user-facing features with React.js in a Kuala Lumpur team. You will translate designs, create reusable components, and collaborate with backend developers and UI/UX designers to deliver high-quality products.

The role involves integrating APIs, maintaining clean code, and participating in agile ceremonies while staying current with frontend trends and best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent).
• 4-6 years of professional experience as a Frontend Developer (React.js preferred).
• Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles.
• Experience with state management libraries (Redux, MobX, Context API).
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.
• Good understanding of version control systems (Git/GitHub/Bitbucket).
• Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools (Webpack, Babel, NPM/Yarn).
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop new user-facing features using React.js and related libraries/frameworks.
• Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use.
• Translate designs and wireframes into high-quality code.
• Collaborate with backend developers, UI/UX designers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality products.
• Integrate APIs and handle data-driven UI updates effectively.
