Job summary

BAE Systems Digital Intelligence is seeking a Lead ReactJS Developer to join our Malaysian Global Delivery Centre. You will design and implement responsive UIs, mentor engineers, and collaborate with UK-based stakeholders on scalable frontend architectures.

The role requires strong FE skills (ReactJS, Typescript, Material UI) and a proven track record with 3D rendering considerations. Hybrid work is offered, with a focus on high-quality software delivery.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science / information technology / engineering with CGPA 3.00 or higher.
8+ years of relevant experience.
Excellent English communication skills with international stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Design and implement responsive web interfaces using ReactJS, Typescript, and Material UI.
Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews.
Support agile planning, estimations and sprint activities.
Translate business requirements into scalable frontend architectures.
Write clean, modular code with comprehensive unit tests.
