Job summary

Lattice Semiconductor is seeking an experienced Factory Applications Engineer in Penang to support high-speed IPs and designs, interfacing with customers and vendors. You will engage with the IP Product Enablement team to clear technical hurdles and deliver reliable, best-in-class solutions for low-power, small-form-factor devices.

The role requires hands-on FPGA/firmware bring-up, RTL development, and a strong background in signal integrity, monitoring with oscilloscopes and analyzers.

Qualifications

• BS/MS in EE with 8+ years of experience.
• Hands-on FPGA and/or firmware bring-up/debugging with scopes and analyzers.
• Expertise in FPGA design flows, Verilog and/or VHDL.
• Outstanding English communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Support high-speed IPs and designs across customer and vendor interfaces.
• Bridge customer-factory relationships, remove technical hurdles, provide solutions.
• Contribute to best-in-class FPGA solutions with a focus on low power and reliability.
• Participate in architecture, specification, documentation, and product releases.
