Job summary

multi color corp is seeking an FP&A Manager/Senior Manager to lead the FP&A team within its Malaysia Shared Services Centre. You will drive financial reporting, analytics, and business insights to support decision-making and governance, partnering with regional and global finance teams.

You will oversee service delivery, drive continuous improvement, and mentor the team to build technical and analytical capabilities, enabling scalable, enterprise-wide FP&A solutions.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent with professional qualifications (ACCA/CPA/MIA).
• At least 15 years of solid working experiences with strong knowledge in budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, and management reporting.
• Advanced Excel skills with the ability to analyse large datasets and automate reporting.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders and business stakeholders across functions or regions.
• Proven ability to deliver outcomes through a team (direct or matrix reporting structure).
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify business opportunities and risks.
• Comfortable supporting multiple markets and working with geographically dispersed stakeholders.
• Ability to work EMEA evening shift from 1pm to 10pm.

Responsibilities

• Lead FP&A team in delivering high-quality financial reporting, analytics, and business insights to support organizational decision-making.
• Drive operational excellence through stakeholder collaboration, process improvements, automation, and strong governance.
• Consolidate and communicate financial performance, key business drivers, risks, opportunities, and operational insights to senior leadership through executive-level reports.
• Build strong partnerships with finance and business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and deliver value-added insights.
• Collaborate with Finance, Commercial, Operations, IT, and other functions to improve reporting and service delivery.
• Monitor KPIs and drive improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
