Job summary

EPOMS Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a seasoned Accountant in Malaysia to manage the full set of accounts, monthly closings, and management reporting for the group.

You will ensure accuracy of journal entries, consolidation where applicable, and timely financial statements. The role requires 5–7 years of hands-on experience, strong knowledge of MFRS/IFRS, and proficiency with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle). You will liaise with auditors, banks, and regulators, and work with department heads to deliver

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or ACCA/CIMA/CPA.
• 5–7 years hands-on experience with full set of accounts and financial reporting.
• Experience with auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities; IFRS/MFRS knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly closing and Management Accounts for internal review for EPOMS Management.
• Prepare monthly and consolidation financial statements for EPOMS group of companies.
• Record and monitor journal entries; ensure accurate ledger balances.
• Coordinate with auditors on audit issues and finalisation of financial statements.
• Liaise with auditors, banks, and suppliers during audit processes.
