Job summary

China State Construction & Engineering Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a capable finance professional to manage the full set of accounts, close monthly and yearly accounts, prepare audit schedules, and ensure timely reporting. You will handle invoicing, reconciliations and budgeting activities while coordinating with auditors and tax agents.

The role requires a bachelor's degree in finance or accounting, independence, and strong analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Banking, or related field.
• Candidates with prior experience in audit/accounting firms are preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to meet deadlines.
• Required language(s): Mandarin, English, Bahasa Melayu to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts and month-end / year-end closing activities.
• Post journals and submit reports on a timely manner.
• Process FA Listing, Accruals, Prepayments, Profit Recognized, Subcontractors and Supplier invoices in AutoCount.
