Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst in Penang, Malaysia, to lead the ANZ regional month/quarter/year-end close, ensuring accurate financial reporting and robust internal controls. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related discipline.
• Active professional qualification (CPA/ACCA/CIMA/CA) preferred/required.
• Expertise in end-to-end General Ledger accounting and financial controls.
• GAAP/IFRS compliance and multi-currency reporting.
• ERP systems proficiency, especially Oracle (R12/Fusion) and advanced financial modeling.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ANZ regional close (month/quarter/year) with accurate financial reporting.
• Review and present key commercial metrics (Backlog, Orders, Sales) and provide insights.
