Job summary

Businesslist is seeking a senior Finance professional to lead group consolidation, financial close, and statutory reporting. You will supervise end-to-end reporting cycles, coordinate with external auditors, and ensure IFRS/MFRS compliance across multiple entities.

The role emphasizes strategic partnering with business units and driving process improvements. Ideal candidate has 7–10 years in finance with strong consolidation and reporting expertise, and experience with listed-company

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or related discipline.
Professional accounting qualification such as ACCA/CPA/CA/ICAEW/CIMA or equivalent is preferred.
Minimum 7–10 years of progressive Finance experience with strong exposure to financial reporting and consolidation.

Responsibilities

Lead month, quarter and year-end Group consolidation and close processes.
Coordinate Group financial reporting and statutory packs to ensure IFRS/MFRS compliance.
Act as finance liaison for external auditors; manage audit schedules and responses.
Provide actionable insights through variance analysis and KPI development across regions.
Partner with business units to improve transparency, performance and reporting quality.
Drive reporting improvements, automation, and ERP enhancements.
