Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field.
• Professional qualification: ACCA, CPA or MIA Member is mandatory.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive finance, accounting or auditing experience, with at least 5 years in managerial capacity.
• Proven track record in financial planning & analysis, leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
• Attention to details and hands-on approach to problem solving.
• Proficient in financial systems and MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Manage & lead in streamlining Group Reporting operations and maintain decision support systems through process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Lead interpretation of financial trends and provide business recommendations to senior management.
• Lead and manage all financial reports (company and group) and financial statement reviews.
• Act as primary liaison with auditors and senior stakeholders.
• Oversee group internal and external audit engagements and ensure regulatory compliance and internal controls.
• Quality review & finalisation of AFS and Consolidation Note.
• Provide effective leadership to the team and foster a high-performance culture.
• Collaborate cross-functionally on strategic projects.
