Job summary

Hunters International Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced accounting professional to manage day-to-day accounting, fixed assets, and payable functions in Kapar, Selangor. The role requires a Diploma in accounting/finance and at least 5 years of related experience.

You will prepare financial transactions, generate weekly and monthly reports, and liaise with auditors, tax agents, and secretaries to ensure compliance. Mandarin proficiency and willingness to travel to Puchong weekly are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in accounting/ finance /banking/LCCI or any related field with more than 5 years working experience in related field.
• Able to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with our supplier and stakeholders base at China.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Accounting software.
• Able to work independently, strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Possess good strong analytical skills, positive working attitude, good interpersonal, good communications and writing skills.
• Preferably with own transport and willing work in Taman Perindustrian Meru.
• Willing to travel to Puchong once a week or whenever necessary for meeting.

Responsibilities

• Overall responsible for day-to-day accounting functions including cash book, maintaining fixed assets, and perform account payable.
• Prepare and process financial transactions, including purchase order, invoices, credit note, quotation, payments, receipts, pre-approval listing.
• Timely reporting of weekly and monthly periodical & ad hoc reports.
• To liaise with external auditors, tax agent, company secretary, bankers and other regulatory authorities to ensure compliance with all local and statutory requirements.
• Perform general administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, answering phones, processing the mail, etc.
• Any other accounting duties assigned by the management from time to time.
