Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing, factory automation, manufacturing systems, or industrial automation.
• Experience deploying or integrating automation solutions in manufacturing environments.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, problem-solving, and cross-functional leadership skills.
• Experience in Assembly and Test Manufacturing, semiconductor fabrication, or advanced manufacturing.
• Knowledge of MES, equipment automation, AMHS, AGV/AMR systems, or factory automation platforms.
• Experience supporting factory startups, technology transfers, or HVM ramps.
• Familiarity with Industry 4.0, Industrial IoT, smart manufacturing, or AI-enabled automation solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead automation integration and readiness activities for new factory startups and manufacturing ramps.
• Drive deployment and adoption of automation solutions, manufacturing systems, and digital capabilities across sites.
• Partner with factory stakeholders to identify operational needs and develop automation roadmaps.
• Enable product, process, platform, and technology transfers with minimal disruption.
• Support technology development, HVM readiness, and foundry customer enablement.
• Drive standardization and consistent adoption of automation capabilities across Intel manufacturing sites.
• Conduct technical assessments, deployment planning, and adoption analysis to ensure business value realization.
