Job summary

Intel is seeking a Site Automation Integrator to accelerate autonomous manufacturing initiatives in Malaysia. The role focuses on deploying and integrating automation solutions across the factory network, supporting startups, technology transfers, and driving adoption with operations, engineering, and IT teams.

The ideal candidate will have 6+ years in semiconductor manufacturing or factory automation, strong problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration skills, and experience with MES,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, CS, Manufacturing, IE, or related technical field.
• 6+ years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing or factory automation.
• Experience deploying or supporting automation solutions in manufacturing environments.
• Strong problem-solving, stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience in semiconductor Assembly and Test or advanced manufacturing environments preferred.
• Familiarity with Industry 4.0, Industrial IoT, smart manufacturing, or automation analytics is a plus.

Job Description: Enable the Future of Autonomous Manufacturing Intel's Assembly and Test Manufacturing (ATM) organization is accelerating its journey toward autonomous, lights-out manufacturing. We are seeking a Site Automation Integrator to support the deployment, integration, and adoption of automation solutions that improve factory efficiency, quality, and operational performance across Intel's manufacturing network. In this role, you will work closely with factory operations, engineering, IT, and automation teams to implement manufacturing systems, support factory startups and technology transfers, and ensure automation capabilities are successfully deployed and adopted.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 6+ years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing, factory automation, manufacturing systems, or industrial automation.
• Experience deploying or supporting automation solutions in manufacturing environments.
• Strong problem-solving, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills. Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in semiconductor Assembly and Test, wafer fabrication, or advanced manufacturing environments.
• Knowledge of MES, equipment automation, AMHS, AGV/AMR systems, or factory automation platforms.
• Experience supporting factory startups, manufacturing ramps, or technology transfers.
