Job summary

Intel Corporation's Assembly and Test Manufacturing (ATM) organization is seeking a Site Automation Integrator to deploy and integrate factory automation solutions, MES capabilities, and digital manufacturing systems. You will collaborate with factory operations, engineering, IT, and automation teams to drive adoption and ensure successful deployment across Intel's manufacturing network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 6+ years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing, factory automation, manufacturing systems, or industrial automation.
• Experience deploying or supporting automation solutions in manufacturing environments.
• Strong problem-solving, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and integrate factory automation solutions, MES capabilities, and digital manufacturing systems.
• Support factory startup, manufacturing ramps, and product/process technology transfers.
• Partner with factory stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and operational improvements.
• Drive adoption and effective utilization of automation capabilities.
• Conduct deployment readiness, validation, testing, and post-implementation support activities.
• Collaborate with development and engineering teams to resolve issues and improve solutions.
• Support operational excellence initiatives focused on quality, throughput, cycle time, and productivity.
