The role involves applying business and industry knowledge to conduct research, draft and review policies, and recommend new regulatory frameworks. Key responsibilities include conducting research, writing proposal papers, and reviewing the existing postal sector policies and regulatory frameworks. The role requires in-depth policy analysis, research on benchmarking, active participation in regulatory development, and effective engagement with stakeholders to ensure alignment with national legislation, international obligations, and industry best practices. Additionally, the incumbent is tasked to review compliance, assessing policy outcomes, and providing insights to support informed decision-making and continuous improvement of the regulatory landscape.
Possess a comprehensive understanding of relevant postal regulations and industry practices, with strong analytical and research capabilities to support policy and regulatory development. Proficiency in project coordination, along with excellent presentation, writing, and stakeholder engagement skills to ensure effective communications and collaboration across internal and external parties.
