Overview
Since 2014, the acquisition of Sapient and later Epsilon has propelled Publicis Groupe into a new model that blends data, creativity and technology—known as the “Power of One.” This approach unites all capabilities under one roof, places clients at the core, and breaks down silos between divisions. The role of Regional Client Leader (RCL) is pivotal in driving growth, guiding clients through transformation, and leading a cross‑functional team to deliver results.
Responsibilities
- Help develop strategy (if required) and execute all local paid online acquisition efforts, including:
- Facebook, Twitter, Instagram ads
- Search engine marketing (SEM)
- Google Display Network (GDN) and other banner ads
- Affiliates
- Collect data and track performance of all marketing activities and channels against set KPIs (CPI, CPO, CPA, PPC, etc.)
- Manage day‑to‑day workflow and setup for projects and campaigns across platforms
- Regularly provide analysis on performance against forecasts and adjust as necessary to fulfil objectives
- Serve clients for tasks such as performance media briefing, strategy planning, budget allocation, campaign analyses and quarterly business reviews
- Spearhead relations with account team to ensure alignment with clients
- Diagnose technical issues on campaigns, especially conversion‑oriented ones
- Innovate to improve performance, growth and profitability across all channels
- Stay current with market trends and propose creative ideas ahead of the competition
- Share best practices with peers within the group
- Own campaign performance and aligned KPIs, providing full accountability
- Train and mentor executives to implement across platforms
Qualifications
- BA/BS or equivalent working experience
- Minimum 3 years of digital marketing experience
- Strong experience with performance marketing and online acquisition tools and networks
- Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to get hands dirty
- Acute analytical skills and a data‑driven mentality – familiarity with relevant KPIs and how to work with them
- Excellent time‑management and organisational skills, comfortable in meeting tight deadlines
- Strong leadership abilities and a track record of hitting targets with limited resources/budget
- Previous experience in a startup or dynamic high‑growth company is a plus
