Job summary

MR DIY International is actively seeking a Senior Executive - Logistics Data Analyst to bolster our Global Trade & Product Compliance team and translate complex logistics data into actionable insights across our global operations. • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of relevant professional experience in a data analysis or reporting role, preferably within retail, logistics, warehouse operations or supply chain related functions.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Google Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
• Advance skills in MS Excel (pivot tables, lookup functions, formulas) and familiarity with data querying tools (e.g.: SQL, Power Query, or similar).
• Understanding of supply chain and trade compliance processes (import/export, product documentation, shipment flow, etc.) is an advantage.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
• Adaptable, with an eagerness to take on varied responsibilities and new challenges.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports to track product compliance, import/export performance, and other trade-related metrics.
• Perform data extraction, cleaning, and transformation from multiple internal systems (e.g., ERP, warehouse management, and shipment tracking platforms).
• Build and optimize data models to ensure accuracy, scalability, and performance.
• Collaborate with the Global Trade & Product Compliance team to identify key data sources and deliver impactful analytics solutions.
• Analyze operational and trade data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Partner with IT and data teams to improve data integrity and reporting automation.
• Address ad-hoc data queries and conduct thorough investigations to resolve data discrepancies and issues.
• Support data quality, governance, and documentation effort, including setting up data processes, dashboard user guides, and SOPs.
• Support ad-hoc reporting requests from compliance and supply chain stakeholders.
