By helping dealers close deals faster, reduce manual work, improve trust, and operate more efficiently, we are building one of Malaysia’s leading automotive digital platforms.

As we continue to expand rapidly across the used car ecosystem, we are looking for a driven, commercially minded, and execution-focused manager to help us build, launch, and scale new products and partnerships.

The successful candidate will be a proactive, resourceful and adaptable finance professional who takes ownership of assigned responsibilities, embraces challenges, and is comfortable balancing review responsibilities with operational execution. This role requires someone who is willing to step in when needed and ensure the smooth continuity of finance operations.

Ensure proper maintenance of accounting records and supporting documentation.

Assist in intercompany transactions, reconciliations, and Group reporting requirements.

Audit, Tax & Compliance Support

Support external audit and tax‑related activities, including preparation of audit schedules and supporting documents.

Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and relevant stakeholders when required.

Ensure compliance with accounting standards, statutory requirements, and internal policies.

Assist in ensuring timely completion of statutory reporting requirements such as WHT, SST and e‑Invoice submissions.

Process Improvement & Internal Controls

Follow and contribute to the improvement of accounting SOPs, workflows, and internal processes.

Identify areas for improvement and recommend practical solutions to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Maintain proper internal controls and ensure adherence to established procedures.

Support system improvements, automation initiatives, and finance‑related projects where required.

Team Collaboration & Operational Support

Work closely with the CFO, Group Finance Manager and finance team to ensure smooth daily operations.

Review and guide junior team members where required.

Provide support, coaching, and knowledge sharing to strengthen team capabilities.

Be hands‑on and provide operational support during periods of manpower shortage, including stepping in to perform day‑to‑day accounting tasks to ensure continuity of finance operations.

Take ownership of assigned tasks and ensure timely completion with minimal supervision.

Lead by example by demonstrating a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to support the wider finance team.

Ad Hoc Projects

Support Group finance initiatives and special projects as required.

Participate in process improvement projects and other business initiatives.

Perform other finance‑related duties and responsibilities as assigned.
