Forecast Accuracy & KPIs:
Monitor and drive continuous improvement in Forecast Accuracy at plant level.
Manage aged inventory and maintain below 5%.
Partner with Commercial for new product.
Facilitate regular demand risk and opportunity assessments to provide clear decision-support scenarios for executive management.
Inventory & Service Level Optimization:
Provide reliable demand inputs to determine optimal safety stock levels, reducing inventory holding costs while maintaining high OTIF.
Identify SLOB & aged items risks tied to demand shifts and propose mitigation strategies.
Drive process standardization and digitalization in ERP tools (e.g., M3) aligned with Saint-Gobain standards.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Professional certification in APICS (CPIM/CSCP) or IBF (Institute of Business Forecasting) is an added advantage.
