A leading healthcare organization in Malaysia is looking for a marketing strategy professional to develop and implement marketing tactics for public and insurance clients. This role involves conducting market analysis, forming partnerships with corporate clients, and serving as a brand ambassador. Candidates should possess a relevant degree and have at least 5 years of experience in sales and marketing within healthcare or takaful insurance, along with strong communication and networking skills.
Plan and develop marketing strategies for the Public, Doctors and Insurance Clients, with a key focus to grow existing and potential Takaful insurance market segment.
Assist in the formulation of packages and pricing of the services offered to potential clientele, ensuring a win-win outcome for all.
Work with different departments in planning and implementing business plans including pricing review and marketing collaterals.
Propose and carry out promotional activities to all clients to generate revenue.
Conduct competitor analysis and price comparison.
Plan and strategize on creating partnership with corporate clients, communities and government bodies including GLCs, associations and hospitals within Klang Valley and throughout Malaysia.
Draft the development of proposals for partnership and collaboration.
Develop and strengthen partnerships with Malay Insurance agencies, associations (e.g., MTA, PPIPBM), GLCs, and community bodies across Malaysia.
Organise and support health awareness events, health talks, and culturally appropriate outreach to enhance Sunway’s brand presence in the Bumiputera market.
Serve as a brand ambassador to promote Sunway Medical Centre’s specialist services, and value-added support tailored for takaful clients.
Develop effective marketing goals and objectives and lead the team.
Weekly updates on marketing activities eg. Scheduled visits and follow up actions (WIP).
To help gather market information so as to keep the Business Development, Branding and Communication teams updated on competitors’ movements and the Company’s position in the market.
