Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Executive Assistant to work directly with the CEO. This is not a traditional administrative role. You will help drive execution, structure leadership rhythms, track priorities, and ensure follow-through across the organization.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare dashboards, scorecards, and briefing materials for CEO meetings
  • Track and follow up on action items across teams
  • Support weekly leadership and management rhythms
  • Assist in compiling monthly shareholder and performance reports
  • Coordinate internal meetings, agendas, and logistics
  • Take ownership of special projects and internal initiatives
