Lead and drive KPJ's enterprise analytics and data strategy, enabling data-driven decision‑making, healthcare intelligence, operational excellence, and AI adoption across the Group.
Job Description
Strategic Leadership & Governance
- Develop and execute the Group Analytics and Data Strategy aligned with KPJ's digital transformation agenda.
- Establish enterprise data governance, policies, standards and operating models.
- Define the analytics roadmap and prioritize strategic initiatives across the Group.
- Provide strategic direction on data management, analytics capabilities and AI adoption.
Enterprise Data & Analytics Platform
- Oversee the implementation and management of enterprise analytics platforms, including Data Warehouse, Data Lakehouse and Business Intelligence solutions.
- Drive enterprise data integration, interoperability and data-sharing initiatives.
- Ensure data platforms are scalable, secure and aligned with business requirements.
Business Intelligence & Advanced Analytics
- Establish enterprise KPI frameworks and executive dashboards.
- Drive the development of predictive analytics, operational analytics and self‑service reporting capabilities.
- Lead the adoption of advanced analytics and AI use cases to improve business and clinical outcomes.
Healthcare Analytics
- Drive the development of clinical, operational, financial and population health analytics.
- Promote data‑driven decision‑making across hospitals and subsidiaries.
- Identify opportunities to improve patient outcomes, operational efficiency and business performance through analytics.
Stakeholder & Vendor Management
- Act as the Group's subject‑matter expert for analytics and data initiatives.
- Collaborate with business leaders, hospitals, subsidiaries and external partners.
- Manage analytics vendors, contracts and service delivery.
Financial & People Management
- Develop business cases and manage analytics budgets and resources.
- Lead, coach and develop the Analytics team.
- Foster a data‑driven and high‑performance culture.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor's Degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, Data Science, Business Analytics or related disciplines.
- Master's Degree is an added advantage.
- Minimum 12 years of relevant experience, with at least 10 years in a leadership role.
- Experience in enterprise analytics, data platforms, business intelligence and digital transformation initiatives.
- Experience in healthcare, financial or highly regulated industries is an advantage.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management and strategic thinking capabilities.
- Strong understanding of analytics technologies, AI and data governance practices.
Working Relationship
- Internal: Chief Digital Officer (CDO) / Chief Data & Analytics Officer (CDAO), GTS Leadership Team (Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Digital Services, Applications, PMO & Governance), Hospital CEOs, COOs and Heads of Departments, Group Finance, Strategy, Procurement, Risk, Internal Audit and Group Legal, Clinical leaders and operational stakeholders across hospitals and subsidiaries.
- External: Analytics and technology vendors, Cloud and platform providers, System integrators and implementation partners, Ministry of Health (where applicable), Industry partners, consultants and research institutions.
