Job summary
KPJ Healthcare Berhad is seeking a Group Allied Health Manager to lead strategic and operational oversight across the ambulatory care center network, covering Pharmacy, Dietary, Diagnostic Imaging, and Medical Records.
You will drive service development, governance, and financial performance while ensuring regulatory compliance, workforce effectiveness, and a patient-centered experience across multiple locations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Allied Health/ Pharmacy/Health Science / Healthcare Administration, or related healthcare discipline.
- Master’s degree in healthcare management, MBA, Pharmacy or related field preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of healthcare experience. Minimum 5 years in a senior management role overseeing multiple clinical support services.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic plans for Pharmacy, Dietary, Diagnostic Imaging, and Medical Records services across all centers.
- Provide overall operational leadership for Pharmacy, Dietary, Diagnostic Imaging, and Medical Records across the ambulatory care center network.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and establish quality assurance programs.
- Develop and manage department budgets and drive cost optimization.
- Lead digital health and information systems initiatives across centers.
- Oversee risk management, incident reporting, and patient safety initiatives.
