Responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and maintaining a talent pipeline to meet future hiring needs.
• Maintain accurate employee records, handle documentation for onboarding and off‑boarding, and ensure documentation is compliant with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Implement appropriate human resources strategies and actions to recruit and retain a qualified and motivated workforce.
• Ensure proper storage, management, and retrieval of HR files, contracts, and agreements.
• Support compliance with local labour laws and organizational standards.
• Handle employees’ grievances and manage day‑to‑day human resource issues related to employee relations.
• Work with various teams within the company to handle and resolve ad‑hoc requests or enquiries.
