Job Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and detailed-oriented Senior Events Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will be required to coordinate and execute events from start to finish, working closely with vendors, suppliers, venues and internal teams to ensure smooth and successful events execution.

Your work life:
Event Strategy & Planning
  • Develop and execute the annual event and activation calendar aligned with marketing and business objectives.
  • Conceptualize innovative event ideas and experiential activations that enhance brand presence and audience engagement.
  • Prepare detailed event plans, including budgets, timelines, risk assessments, and resource allocation.
Event Management & Execution
  • Manage all aspects of event delivery from pre-event planning, vendor sourcing, and logistics coordination to on-site execution and post-event evaluation.
  • Serve as the central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and execution.
  • Oversee event branding, setup, and technical requirements to maintain high-quality and consistent standards across all touchpoints.
  • Ensure events comply with corporate governance, legal, finance and procurement policies.
Stakeholder & Vendor Management
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure event objectives, messaging, and outcomes are aligned.
  • Work closely with the wider marketing team including segment marketers, brand, digital, and design to ensure cohesive and impactful event experiences that align with campaign objectives and brand standards.
  • Lead and manage relationships with vendors, agencies, and partners to ensure cost efficiency, service quality, and timely delivery.
  • Build strong partnerships with industry associations and external collaborators to enhance event reach and credibility.
Performance & Optimization
  • Conduct post-event evaluations to measure performance, ROI, and attendee satisfaction, providing insights and recommendations for future improvements.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of event data, reports, and vendor databases.
  • Continuously refine event strategies based on feedback, trends, and performance analysis.
Innovation & Trends
  • Stay ahead of emerging event and experiential marketing trends, technologies, and formats.
  • Introduce innovative concepts to create memorable, immersive, and differentiated event experiences.
To be considered, you’ll need:
  • Preferably 3–5 years’ experience in event management, brand activation, or experiential marketing, ideally within the B2B or technology sector.
  • Proven track record in delivering large-scale, high-impact events and activations.
  • Experience in agency and third-party supplier management.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work under pressure, solve problems on the spot and make quick strategic decision.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in event management tools, budget tracking, and vendor coordination.
  • Willingness to travel and work flexible hours when required for event delivery.
