Job summary

Hartalega, based in Malaysia, seeks a Senior ERP Platform Lead to oversee enterprise ERP and application support across business units. You will govern the design, implementation, and ongoing operation of ERP systems, coordinating 50+ key users and multiple projects with a focus on stability and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent.
• 8+ years in enterprise application support or ERP projects.
• Proficient with D365FO or D365BC, module config & integration.

Responsibilities

• Lead and govern ERP operations across business units to ensure secure, scalable service delivery.
• Spearhead design and full-scale implementation of enterprise ERP solutions across units.
• Serve as primary executive contact for ERP stakeholders, managing expectations and directing project strategy for 50+ users.
• Drive business process re-engineering initiatives leveraging ERP to boost efficiency.
• Perform rigorous cross-functional requirements analysis and validate functional specs.
• Optimize resource allocation and capacity planning across concurrent ERP initiatives.
• Mitigate project risks through structured assessment and proactive contingency planning.
• Publish project performance metrics and KPIs to C-level stakeholders for transparency.
• Govern post-go-live ERP operations and continuous improvement to sustain 99.9% service availability.
