Job summary

CRBC KUCHING ART BLUELINE 2 seeks a Senior Environmental Manager to lead the project environmental team on infrastructure projects in Kuching, Sarawak. You will implement the Environmental Management Plan (EMP) and ensure compliance with permits, regulations, and contract requirements.

You will oversee ESCP measures, conduct site inspections and audits, prepare environmental reports, liaise with clients, consultants, contractors and authorities, lead incident investigations, and provide

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 10 years of practical experience in environmental management for construction projects.
CISEC / CESSWI and CePSWaM certifications required.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise the project environmental team.
Implement and manage the Environmental Management Plan (EMP).
Ensure compliance with environmental permits, regulations, and contract requirements.
Oversee erosion and sediment control measures (ESCP).
Conduct site inspections, audits, and environmental reporting.
Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors and regulatory authorities.
Lead environmental incident investigations and corrective actions.
Provide environmental training to site personnel.
